Paramedical Technician Courses
The Nursing field is very vast worldwide as well as in Pakistan and this is the responsibility of the professionals to provide quality care and patient centered care to patients. Due to the pandemic of COVID-19 the demand of the professionals who provide nursing care to the patients has been increased. Therefore demand for qualified technicians in the nursing field has also been increased. To fulfill the requirement of the profession and current situation the College of Nursing, Ziauddin University has taken initiative and offers different technician programs to empower the members of youth to join a professional training pathway to build a professional career after secondary school certificate.
There are few approved technician programs which are affiliated with Sindh Medical Faculty (SMF). Other remaining programs are under the College of Nursing, Ziauddin University. Depending upon the response and number of students interested in different technical nursing programs they will also be later registered with SMF.

Age limit: 15 to 30 years
- Matric Science (Biology Subject) with minimum 45% marks from any Educational Board of Sindh.
- Domicile only Sindh province, concerned district candidates will be given priority.
- For the admission in ICU, candidates must have a one year anesthesia course certificate.

- One photocopy of Domicile (Sindh), Applicant CNIC (above 18) / B. Form (under 18), Parents/Guardian CNIC
- Original copy of Medical Fitness Certificate from a Qualified Medical Practitioner
- One photocopy of Character Certificate from Principal / Headmaster
- One photocopy of Anesthesia Course Certificate for I.C.U Technician course (If applicable)
Note:
Applicant selection in Ziauddin College of Nursing is strictly based on merit and applicants are considered on the basis of admission test and interview results.
Ziauddin University College of Nursing conducts an Admission Test for all eligible applicants.
Interview will be held at Dr. Ziauddin Hospital and details communicated to only shortlisted candidates
The application of candidates not fulfilling the above mentioned criteria will not be considered.
